All items are handmade and require time to prepare.
• Standard processing time is 3–5 business days.
• Custom orders, preorders, or large orders may require additional processing time.
• Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.
Customers will be notified once their order is ready for shipping or pickup.
Shipping
I currently ship within the United States.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that ScentsationalCLT is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in the Charlotte area.
• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
• Pickup details and instructions will be provided at that time.
• Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist you.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. ScentsationalCLT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
